We give thanks to the Lord touching the hearts of people to give generously to the Building Fund during the Christmas season. Now over $77,000 has been raised to buy land and construct a building for Fire of Glory Church. Pastors Somsri and Warin, veteran Pioneer Pastors, have planted 2 churches in unreached counties and have assisted in the planting of 2 more Pioneer Pastor churches. At this time, Fire of Glory Church cannot grow larger because they are filled to capacity. The new church building will enable them to continue to grow and thrive and plant more churches in unreached areas of Thailand.
We now have received enough funds to completely pay off the bank note on the land (we look forward to having a ceremony to burn the bank note!) as well as funds to raise the land by about 6 feet because it is a rice paddy at this time and needs to be raised above street level so it will not flood.
We will continue to raise funds now for constructing the building itself.
